Our client, a private developer, wishes to convert this land into three mulit-unit appartment buildings. They hired us to desgin an iconic community that would stand out from the rest of the nearby developments and boosts its property value.

The proposed apartment buildings would include a sky garden on the rooftop where certain unit owners can have a little private space of their own. The apartment also includes recreational areas such as a private gym, a party room, and swimming pool only accesible to unit owners.
